Things To Know

THE STORM INSIDE YOUR DRAIN

The most widely used technique for cleaning floor drains involves removing the cover (grate) and using a stiff brush to dislodge the food debris and/or gelatinous material from the drain body. It's a disgusting and dirty job that no one wants to do.

Proper maintenance of floor drains can be hindered simply because the screws that hold the drain cover in place are rusted in place, have been stripped or waxed/grouted into place, requiring a professional to remove the screws and re-thread the hole as to avoid a trip hazard from an unsecured drain cover.

The DrainWand is a tool that delivers a patented process that eliminates the need to remove the drain cover allowing maintenance simply by inserting the DrainWand through the grate and washing away the harborage that allows odors to form and small flies to breed.
